Our Roasted Almond Chocolate Spread is the result of a quest for excellence in taste and ingredients. Our recipe is based on the golden ratio or divine proportion – the ancient formula of mathematical perfection. Nuts make up about 42% of our mix. Our dark chocolate, coconut sugar and avocado oil follow at 26 %, 16% and 10% and so on down to the smallest of ingredients. Visually this recipe would create the perfect “Golden spiral”. The texture is very thick and can be used as a spread, snack or to add to smoothies.
