Our bakery is a gluten-free zone and all of the products we produce are 100% gluten-free. Our products and manufacturing facilities have been tested and certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, an industry leader in in the verification of quality, integrity, and purity of gluten-free products.

Keep them in a shaded, cool area or freeze them. Since our products contain no preservatives, we suggest you slice our breads and store them in the freezer. They freeze very well for up to 3 months. However, they can sit on your counter top covered with a clean dish towel for up to a week.
