Glutenull Bakery is a dedicated Gluten Free facility.
Our bakery is a gluten-free zone and all of the products we produce are 100% gluten-free.
Our products and manufacturing facilities have been tested and certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, an industry leader in the verification of quality, integrity, and purity of gluten-free products.
All of our products are certified free from genetically modified organisms by the Non-GMO Project, North America’s only third party verification for products produced according to rigorous best practices for GMO avoidance. At Glutenull we believe in providing our customers with delicious products free from artificial, manipulated and processed ingredients. All of our products are certified free from genetically modified organisms by the Non-GMO Project, North America’s only third party verification for products produced according to rigorous best practices for GMO avoidance.
GMOs (or “genetically modified organisms”) are living organisms whose genetic material has been artificially manipulated in a laboratory through genetic engineering. This relatively new science creates unstable combinations of plant, animal, bacteria and viral genes that do not occur in nature or through traditional crossbreeding methods. A growing body of evidence connects GMOs with health problems, environmental damage and violation of farmers’ and consumers’ rights. In fact, most developed nations do not consider GMOs to be safe and over 60 countries have significant restrictions or outright bans on the production and sale of GMOs.
Glutenull bakery’s practices and high-standards of food safety ensure that there is no cross-contamination of yeast in our facility. Natural health care practitioners love to recommend our products to their patients on yeast-free diets!
In general, our products are low in sugar. All of our products are sugar free and they are naturally sweetened with low glycemic organic agave syrup, coconut sugar or the naturally sweetness of the ingredients like dates, cherries, plums, coconut etc. We also offer a variety of ketogenic products in which we use a natural sweetener called Swerve:
*Swerve is made from ingredients found in select fruits and starchy root vegetables, and contains no artificial ingredients, preservatives or flavors. It’s zero-calorie, non-glycemic and safe for those living with diabetes since it has no effect on blood glucose or insulin levels. Swerve is a true sugar replacement because it’s sweet and delicious! Unlike other natural sweeteners like stevia, it has no bitter aftertaste and measures just like sugar. It’s also the only sugar replacement of its kind that browns and caramelizes just like sugar.
Our bestselling Quinoa Granola contains 3g of natural sugar which is less than in other leading healthy granolas in the market. Another example, is our Almond Cookies which have 0.03g natural sugar per serving.
See our products page for the exact sugar content per serving for each of our products.
Another option is to remove the bread from the plastic, wrap it in a tea towel/ cotton bread bag and keep your bread on the counter for up to a week. The tea towel helps the bread to “breathe”.
You can also to keep the bread in its packaging and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
We don’t recommend you slice our breads in a bread slicer. Our breads are moist and they can cause your bread slicer to malfunction. Also, there is a possibility of cross-contamination, if the bread slicer had been previously used for bread containing gluten. We'd suggest slicing your bread at home in your own kitchen.
