Description
We’ve made our Quinoa Buns to resemble a white bread bun. It has the same soft and chewy texture as white bread and like all our products contains only gluten-free ingredients that are higher in nutrients and antioxidants.
Quinoa Buns are great grilled or toasted for a delicious burger or sandwich.
Sugar and yeast free, they’re a bread that soothes a sensitive stomach and keeps you full longer.
Method
All Glutenull artisan breads are gluten-free, vegan, and made with top quality, non-GMO ingredients. They are hearty, nutrient-dense breads that we bake in small batches to ensure taste and quality.
While most mass-produced bread and baked goods are made with chemicals and high-energy mixers to speed up fermentation, the production at Glutenull, takes anywhere from 4 – 20 hours, allowing the natural enzymes to react with ingredients in their own time. In turn, the products are richer in flavour, healthier, and better for your digestion.
In our books, slow and steady wins the race.
